THE LOCKDOWN PORTRAITS
Lockdown in London gave me the opportunity to walk for hours, camera in hand, day and night. I documented these encounters, stopping strangers, checking in, sharing stories and then wandering on. It was my first time living in London since I was a teen, and the seemingly endless summer saw me out, pounding pavement, curiously revisiting different pockets of south I had lived in growing up. This nostalgic pilgrimage of sorts birthed these shots.
